Quest Bars are the perfect nutrition bar for anyone looking to get top quality protein while dropping some carbs from their diet. They're as delicious and convenient as a candy bar, while maintaining all of the nutrition of a carefully prepared meal that's packed with fibre to make you feel full and to help with digestion and weight loss.
Quest weren't willing to sacrifice taste, and sadly no one has the kind of genetics that would let them eat candy and look like fitness models. Soooooo, luckily for everyone Quest Nutrition have made the Quest protein bar. It wasn't easy, but it sure is tasty, and there is the most amazing range of flavours to choose from. Each bar contains at least 20 grams of protein, have very low non-fibre carbs and are also gluten free!
