Fenugreek seed extract - extract from the seeds of an annual plant belonging to the legume family, originating from the Mediterranean region, which is currently cultivated in many different parts of the world. The herb of the plant looks like clover, and fenugreek seeds have been used for hundreds of years as a spice, which is very popular especially in countries such as India and Bangladesh. Since fenugreek is a valuable source of vitamins, minerals and bioactive compounds, the plant's seed extract is also often used as an ingredient in dietary supplements.
Maca root extract - extract from the root of a plant called Peruvian ginseng, which is a root vegetable belonging to the cabbage family, which grows in hard-to-reach areas and highlands. The plant contains numerous bioactive ingredients and is distinguished by high nutritional density, and what's more, it is considered a superfoods.
