This set consists of 4 x 2.5 kg weight plates, 4 x 1.25 kg weight plates, 2 handle bars and 4 star locks. This allows you to individually determine your personal training weight. The plates have an inner diameter of 30 mm and the bar diameter is 30 mm.

Before starting training, check that the plates are firmly in place, always start with the highest weight when attaching them and always distribute the weight evenly on both sides!
