Suggested use
Ideal use is three times a day; just after getting up, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. One or two teaspoons of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of purified water, possibly flavored with one or two teaspoons of organic honey, molasses, 100% maple syrup, or a few drops of stevia.
